London Marathon

Run later in the year, 2nd October, due to uncertainties with scheduling because of Covid. It’ll be back to April in 2023.

A lot of the guys I work with work at the London Marathon, but I shoot this event for a private client. I think I get the better deal really, as the official team work a very, very long day, while I go up late morning with my small camera and shoot a few hours in the afternoon! It’s an amazing atmosphere and I get to fully take that in too.

I’m there to shoot the competitors running on behalf of my client (St Raphael’s Hospice in Sutton), but also I get to take a few shots of the elite runners on The Embankment before I do, and other fun runners later.
